Job Overview

Repco is seeking a motivated Store Manager to lead our Albany store in Western Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring superior service standards, and leading a team of retail and trade specialists.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, develop, and coordinate a team of retail and trade specialists to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Ensure financial management and operational standards are met, maintained, and exceeded through effective planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring.
  • Motivate and support team members to reach their full potential, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Provide genuine service, creating lasting impressions and moments that matter for customers.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and management qualities, with a focus on teamwork, communication, and problem-solving.
Requirements:
  • Be a passionate customer service expert with experience in managing a team in a dual format sales environment.

  • Proven track record of success in leading and engaging a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible availability and a valid driver's licence (manual preferred).
  • Physical capacity to perform the duties of the role, including handling products of a heavy nature.
