Early Childhood Educator Role


We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement a high-quality curriculum consistent with organizational philosophy, regulations, and standards.
  • Contribute to the planning cycle and review, documenting individual and group learning and development.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe environment, responding to children's strengths, interests, and needs.
  • Support children's well-being, individual needs, and comfort in daily routines.
  • Ensure the Service's duty of care to children and their families is strictly maintained.

Requirements:

  • Must hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • A vibrant personality coupled with creativity and a genuine passion for early childhood education.
  • Collaborative team player dedicated to understanding and respecting children's individuality and developmental stages.
  • Unwavering commitment to excellence in early childhood education.
