Job Title: Privacy Officer

">The Role">

As a Privacy Officer, you will collaborate with the privacy team to:

  • Support the efficient operation of the privacy team by performing administrative tasks.
  • Prepare advice for departmental staff in relation to data protection and compliance.
  • Undertake allocated activities within the department's data protection plan for maturing the department's data protection practices.
  • Support senior and principal privacy officers with stakeholder engagement activities on data protection matters to ensure adequate protection of student, staff and parent/carer personal information.
  • Review threshold data protection assessments with support from senior privacy officers.
