As a Christmas Casual, you'll bring energy, good vibes and a can-do attitude to our busiest time of year. You'll help customers find their perfect kicks, unpack stock or pack online orders, and every shift brings something new.

Your Responsibilities
  • Create an unforgettable experience for every customer - make it memorable
  • Support your team to exceed sales and KPI targets
  • Maintain a smooth flow of stock – receive, restock and keep shelves full
  • Pick and pack click & dispatch orders efficiently
  • Keep the store looking fresh and tidy
  • Bring good vibes and a team-first attitude every shift
Qualifications
  • Full availability from October 2024 to mid-January 2025, including weekends, late nights, public holidays and special events
  • Retail experience is beneficial, but not mandatory
  • Passion for sneakers, streetwear and delivering outstanding customer service
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven
  • Open to learning, feedback and continuous improvement
