Job Opportunity

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our sales team as Christmas Casual Sales Assistants. This role will provide an opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, creating an elevated customer experience and setting a new style standard for modern Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a memorable and seamless experience with every customer interaction by providing exceptional customer service and styling advice.
  • Maintain presentation standards through visual merchandising, stock management, and cleaning to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
  • Process customer transactions on the point-of-sale system efficiently and accurately.
  • Exceed sales targets and business key performance indicators by consistently meeting or exceeding sales expectations.
  • Provide styling advice and support in fitting rooms to enhance the customer's shopping experience.
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar fashion retail role with a strong sense of personal style and ability to adapt to changing trends.
  • Demonstrated experience using a point-of-sale system and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and visual merchandising, and ability to maintain high standards of quality control.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management, with the ability to manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records.
