Lead a complex, high-value commercial build to deliver exceptional results and drive project performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drive project delivery with safety, quality, budget, program, and stakeholder satisfaction in mind
  • Manage and mentor a site and office-based team to achieve project goals
  • Coordinate construction programming, suppliers, subbies, and consultants to ensure seamless execution
  • Work closely with senior management, reporting on progress and risk to inform strategic decisions

Requirements include:

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in Project Manager role within commercial construction
  • Demonstrated success delivering projects $30M+ (hotel, multi-residential, mixed-use preferred)
  • Strong leadership, client/stakeholder management, financial reporting, and acumen, as well as excellent communication skills
  • Able to travel to Shepparton site 2x per week (must have own vehicle, vehicle allowance provided)
