Commercial Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Leader to join our team at Chobani Australia.

As a key member of our commercial leadership team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our largest Grocery customers.

Our goal is to drive growth and category expansion through innovative partnerships, strategic planning, and execution excellence.

You will thrive in complex commercial discussions, collaborating internally and externally to deliver outstanding results.

Ideally, you will have significant FMCG commercial experience, preferably at a senior level, with a proven track record of delivering results through joint business planning and execution.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining deep trusted relationships rooted in collaboration, transparency, and shared growth
  • Developing and delivering customer execution plans that win instore and online
  • Managing the Profit and Loss (P&L) with precision, driving accurate forecasting, and leading trade planning
  • Championing Integrated Business Planning (IBP) across functions to bring strategies to life at pace
