About the Role

As a Senior Commercial Development Manager, you will drive large-scale commercial outcomes while developing a comprehensive understanding of marketplaces.

You will be responsible for setting strategy and executing initiatives to expand coverage and improve reliability and delivery experience for leading food retailers across Australia and New Zealand.

Success in this role will involve driving change via operational levers, managing product rollouts, and measuring and communicating impact with senior stakeholders.

In doing so, you will help millions of Australians and New Zealanders add time back in their day with delicious food and critical conveniences and provide earnings opportunities to hundreds of thousands more.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance merchant coverage and reliability.
  • Create operational efficiency reports to drive awareness of current performance and highlight key improvement areas.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across various business lines to drive reliability outcomes for key accounts.
  • Analyze data to inform recommendations on strategic questions and present findings to senior stakeholders.
  • Lead global product rollouts, processes, and programs in Australia and New Zealand.
  • Break down complex problems into actionable solutions backed by data and insights to drive meaningful improvements.
