Job Title: Enlistment Team Lead

Job Description

The Enlistment Team Leader plays a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the enlistment process for candidates joining the Australian Defence Force (ADF). This position is responsible for leading a team of enlistment coordinators to ensure seamless coordination of enlistment activities, adherence to regulatory requirements, and delivery of exceptional candidate experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Leadership and Team Management

    Provide leadership and direction to a team of Enlistment Coordinators, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment.

  2. Strategic Planning

    Work with stakeholders to forecast, plan and develop Target Fulfillment strategies.

  3. Enlistment Process Oversight

    Oversee and manage the enlistment process for candidates, ensuring all procedures are followed and documentation is accurately processed.

  4. Candidate Support

    Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the enlistment journey, addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.

  5. Regulatory Compliance

    Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, organisational policies, and standards of practice in enlistment operations.

  6. Performance Monitoring

    Monitor team performance and productivity, setting goals, and providing coaching to achieve enlistment targets and KPIs.
