GP/Anaesthetist Opportunity in Melbourne's East

We are seeking a highly skilled GP or Specialist Anaesthetist to fill an exciting role in our health services team. Our organisation is looking for an anaesthetist with experience in airway management and sedation.

The Role Description

This position involves working alongside an experienced procedural GP in privately billed minor cosmetic procedures in a state-of-the-art, purpose-built facility.

  • High daily remuneration rate for this specialist role
  • Work in a well-equipped facility with access to the latest technology
  • Hours available 4 days per week from 7am to 3pm
  • A comprehensive orientation program is provided to support your success in this position

You will be part of a friendly team of health professionals who work together to deliver high-quality patient care.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in Consultant Anaesthesia or General Practice with a focus on Anaesthesia, including FANZCA or JCCA accreditation
  • Current Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification
  • Experience in propofol administration and similar agents
  • Demonstrated knowledge of ECG interpretation
  • Excellent IV skills
