We are seeking a Senior Cost Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced professional to lead our project management activities.
Job Description:
- Manage project profitability, ensuring that we achieve our financial goals.
- Develop and implement effective cost management strategies to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Provide expert advice on cost planning, estimating, and budgeting.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Recognised degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar.
- Preferable RICS and AIQS accredited.
- Sound experience in cost planning in Healthcare, Education and Commercial projects.
- Defence experience and baseline security clearance is a plus.
