Administration Officer

Seeking an experienced Administration Officer to support the Mater Cancer Care Centre and Infusions and Dialysis clinics.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and clients
  • Book and manage outpatient appointments
  • Register and update patient details in iPM
  • Invoice / receipt patients in Totalcare and using HICAPS
  • Manage phone calls from patients and clinical staff, handling various inquiries
  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality, complying with policies and procedures. Keep accurate, current, and accessible files
  • Assist senior admin staff and others as needed
Key Qualifications

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Quick learner with the ability to retain information across multiple receptions

Flexible and adaptable

High-level customer service, verbal, and written communication skills

Effective multitasking, organization, and prioritization skills in a busy environment

Strong time management and organizational skills

Proficiency in administration systems and the ability to learn new systems quickly

Competence in Outlook, Word, and Excel
