Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Boilermaker with proven experience in a workshop environment to fill a key role within our organization.

This position will involve working in our workshops located in Northern Geelong and Penshurst, reporting directly to the workshop supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting workshop drawings to determine the required material, production method and sequence of operations needed to produce fabricated parts that meet our quality standards.

The selected individual will also be accountable for operating and maintaining measuring tools, power tools, and hand tools required to produce the fabricated parts.

Key Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication trade - Boilermaker (or equivalent)
  • Considerable experience in MIG welding
  • Experience with stainless steel is advantageous
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Skilled in operating equipment used in fabrication
  • Current and valid driver's license
  • Candidates with a forklift, dogman (DG) and / or high-risk work licenses are encouraged to apply
