Apprentice Boilermaker/Welder Role

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated individual to take on the role of an Apprentice Boilermaker/Welder. As part of our team, you will be responsible for interpreting technical drawings and performing engineering measurements.

This involves assembling fabricated components and providing general labouring assistance to tradespeople, contractors, and operators. You will also be required to operate power tools and equipment, clean and prepare worksites, shop prime newly fabricated structural steel, and load and unload trucks.

This is a full-time role with 10-hour shifts per day, Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge in the steel fabrication industry.

The ideal candidate will possess relevant qualifications and experience in the field, including:

  • A Certificate II in Pre-apprenticeship Engineering Fabrication Trade.
  • A Forklift License.
  • A White Card.
  • Previous experience in steel fabrication and mechanical aptitude.
  • Industrial painting experience (spray painting) would be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:
