Job Description

As a Professional Services Engineer, you will be responsible for working closely with customers to design and implement tailored solutions that accelerate software delivery and enhance reliability. Your expertise in Puppet Enterprise or Open Source will enable you to deliver high-quality training and workshops, ensuring seamless adoption of our products. In addition, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of Puppet modules and products, as well as collaborate with the R&D and Product Management teams to drive innovation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in DevOps engineering, client-facing consulting, and Puppet training.
  • Strong programming skills in Unix/Linux SysAdmin or DevOps, including automation.
  • Excellent time and project management skills, with the ability to travel up to 10% domestically.
  • Solid background in systems administration, automation, and network infrastructure.
  • Strong customer relations and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
