Experienced Customer Service Representative Wanted

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced customer service and outbound representative to fill a vital position in our Adelaide operations. As a key link between warehouse logistics and customer satisfaction, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely delivery of products.
Working closely with shipping teams and external partners, you'll manage end-mile delivery, build strong relationships, and contribute directly to customer experience.
This position offers excellent exposure to Warehouse Operations, Port Logistics, and Domestic Transport, with clear opportunities for growth within the organisation.
- Coordinate product shipments with internal teams and 3PL providers to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.
- Serve as a first point of contact for customer inquiries, dispatch requests, and escalations.
- Support inbound and outbound operations while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Foster strong partnerships with customers, warehouse personnel, and transport suppliers.
- Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and streamline operations.
- Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or customer service (warehouse, transport, or 3PL coordination advantageous).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities.
- A proactive problem solver with the ability to adapt quickly.
