About the Role
We are seeking two Eligibility Specialists to join our team at Allianz Popular SL. in Melbourne. As an Eligibility Specialist, you will play a critical role in making initial liability decisions within our quality decision-making framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and determine the need for referrals and investigative tools to expedite information gathering
- Provide strong customer service and time management skills to ensure a positive service experience for our stakeholders
- Accurately assess, determine, and calculate entitlements on accepted claims
- Develop effective strategies for liability outcomes
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in Personal Injury & Worker's Compensation
- A basic understanding of the WIRC Act 2013 and associated Worksafe policies and guidelines pertaining to initial entitlement determinations
- Strong customer service attributes, including excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of Worksafe operating models and IT systems
