Community Investment Manager

A community-focused professional is required to lead our investment and fundraising strategy. This role will be responsible for building relationships with major donors, corporates, philanthropic bodies, government, and community partners.
- Develop a long-term investment and partnership strategy aligned with the organization's mission and growth plans.
- Build and nurture relationships with high-value donors and stakeholders.
- Design and deliver integrated investment campaigns and donor programs.
- Lead the grants process from research and application through to reporting and acquittals.
- Oversee donor engagement journeys and stewardship programs.
- Plan and deliver donor events and fundraisers.
- Represent the organization at external events and stakeholder meetings.
- Report on performance, pipeline development, and key risks.

- Strong track record of managing high-value donors and stakeholders.
