Shape and deliver a community investment strategy to drive sustainable revenue and strengthen supporter relationships.

Role Overview:

This role leads a portfolio spanning major donor relations, grants, sponsorships, fundraising campaigns, and high-impact events. Key responsibilities include developing and executing a long-term fundraising strategy aligned with the organisation's mission and growth plans, building and nurturing relationships with major donors, corporates, philanthropic bodies, government, and community partners, designing and delivering integrated fundraising campaigns and donor programs, leading the grants process from research and application through to reporting and acquittals, overseeing donor engagement journeys, stewardship programs, and volunteer campaigns, planning and delivering donor events, fundraisers, and community activations, ensuring strong visibility and impact, and representing the organisation at external events, forums, and stakeholder meetings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong track record in fundraising, partnerships, or business development.
  • Experience managing high-value donors, grants, or sponsorship programs.
