We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to join our team at Pol Care- POLISH COMMUNITY CARE SERVICES INCORPORATED. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes or in our care facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Assist clients with mobility and communication needs
  • Support clients with physical, developmental, or cognitive disabilities
  • Monitor clients' safety and well-being, and report any concerns to the Care Service Manager
  • Participate in planning and implementing care plans for clients
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
Requirements:
  • AQF Certificate III or equivalent qualification, or 12 months of relevant work experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively in Polish language
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
