Key Finance Role

This is a pivotal role within our finance operations team where you will oversee the entire receivables process.

You will be responsible for ensuring timely collections, managing accounts receivable and providing support to internal teams in billing accuracy and discrepancies resolution.

In addition to strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management, excellent communication skills are required to effectively liaise with customers and internal teams.

  • Manage the end-to-end receivables process including invoicing payment tracking and reconciliation.
  • Follow up on overdue accounts and liaise with customers to resolve payment issues promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in credit control and debt collection activities.
  • Work closely with internal teams Sales Customer Service Operations to ensure billing accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on receivables performance.
  • Support month-end and periodical financial close processes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce outstanding debt.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in receivables credit control or finance operations ideally in a subscription automotive or fintech environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Proficiency with accounting and finance software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
