Accounts Receivable Specialist Position

The Accounts Receivable Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of billing processes during a critical period. As part of a busy but supportive finance team, this individual will be responsible for reviewing bills to ensure charges align with contracts, making amendments, adjustments, and re-issuing invoices as needed.

This is an opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to utilize their skills in accounts receivable or billing to drive business results.

  • Review and process bills to ensure alignment with contracts
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and invoicing
  • Respond to customer and internal enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform data entry and reconciliations using Excel, including V-lookups for reporting and analysis
About You

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist who brings:

  • Previous experience in accounts receivable or billing
  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills to manage queries and resolve issues promptly
  • A proactive approach to driving business results in a fast-paced environment
Benefits
  • Hourly Rate: A$38.00 - A$42.00 per hour + super
  • Flexible start times between 7.00am and 9.00am

Requirements
  • Previous experience in accounts receivable or billing
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
  • Excel proficiency, including V-lookup functions
