Concession Manager Opportunity at Cue and Veronika Maine

Cue and Veronika Maine, a leading Australian fashion retailer, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Concession Manager to join their team at David Jones, Woden. As a Concession Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing staff performance, and maintaining a customer-first attitude among staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth by achieving daily and hourly sales targets, monitoring sales performance metrics, and implementing strategies to improve sales performance.
  • Manage staff performance through regular reviews, coaching, and training to ensure staff are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Support recruitment activities, oversee new employee induction, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a customer-first attitude among staff, ensuring adherence to Cue's Art of Sales training and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Assist in maintaining store cleanliness, merchandising standards, and adherence to security protocols to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for customers.
  • Monitor stock levels and support in stock transfers according to established procedures to ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Assist in optimizing store rostering and controlling wage expenditure to ensure efficient labor management.
  • Support in monitoring store expenses and adherence to budget guidelines to ensure financial sustainability.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Store Manager role within the fashion retail industry.
  • Proven experience in supporting the setup and launch of new stores, including layout, merchandising, and inventory management.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and manage staff performance to achieve sales targets and monitor performance metrics.
