This position requires a highly skilled retail professional to lead a team in delivering an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coach team members to achieve sales targets and exceed KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead by example, embodying Sephora's DNA of delivering a curated, innovative prestige beauty experience.
- Drive a selling culture to consistently raise the performance and capability of the team through coaching and supporting their growth and development.
- Utilize and interpret reporting data to support operational decisions, working closely with the store management team.
- Facilitate open communication with the team, providing effective feedback and consistent communication with the management team.
- Act as the point of contact for client and cast member matters within a fast-paced environment, making confident store decisions.
- Previous retail management experience, with expertise in managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management & training, stock control, and visual merchandising.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite to interpret and input data for daily reporting.
- A hands-on leader who loves being on the sales floor to motivate, coach, and help team members succeed.
- Passionate about excellent client service and experiential retail to ensure the store represents the brand.
- Drive for results, with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

Only Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents will be considered for this opportunity.
