Seeking a highly skilled Chairside Orthodontic Assistant to provide exceptional patient care. As a key member of our team, you will work alongside our Principal Orthodontist and Oral Health Therapists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare the surgery for daily schedules, ensuring all materials and equipment are readily accessible.
  • Maintain surgery cleanliness throughout the day and perform a thorough clean at the end of each day.
  • Provide chairside assistance during treatments.
  • Manage stock inventory and ensure infection control procedures are followed.
  • Deliver excellent patient experience by greeting patients with a positive attitude and educating them on treatment instructions.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including phone calls and reception duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Award wages apply, negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
  • Ability to work full-time and establish a long-term career in dental assisting.
  • Confident communication skills and a friendly approachable manner with patients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Adaptability to changing schedules and ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Passion for building great relationships and providing high-standard patient care.
  • Flexibility and availability to work hours that meet the orthodontists and patients demands.
  • Process-driven with excellent time management and a high standard of personal presentation.
