The Specialty Gases Administrator will be the primary point of contact for customer and internal queries to the Specialty Gases Department. This includes ensuring timely response, stock control, reporting, processing invoices and managing day-to-day general administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage enquiries and coordinate quotations for custom gas mixtures and non-standard gas requests
  • Ensure accurate documentation and invoicing for dispatched goods
  • To coordinate the creation of quotations for overseas sourced products as well as establishing new supply chains when relevant.
  • Manage good dispatched from the Specialty Gases Department to the regions in the Pacific
  • Ensure stock availability and track orders to guarantee timely supply
  • Work closely with external suppliers to coordinate availability and retesting of materials
  • Oversee stock control, including raw materials and cylinder management, to meet production needs

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
