The Role:

This role focuses on supporting, retaining and growing our most valuable clients in the world of Forex, CFDs and related services.

To be successful, you'll have strong understanding of financial markets, trading strategies, risk management and key market events. You'll engage with clients, partner with them to master the trade, grow your book of high-value clients and leverage existing connections and networks.

Your key responsibilities include:

- Developing relationships through various channels with our premium client group

- Building strong relationships and seeking referrals and funding using own industry sources and external channels

- Achieving sales targets and KPIs

- Contributing to the premium team and assisting in helping others develop

- Being a trusted adviser to premium clients on market and trading matters

- Maintaining client interest in trading markets through regular dissemination of market analysis and trade opportunities

- Collaborating with internal departments to gain support for projects and deliver needed support

- Planning and executing client events as required

- Meeting clients face-to-face and attending premium client events to build and nurture client relationships where travel permits

- Researching and presenting opportunities to senior leadership

- Working closely with our Thai Sales team to help them grow the Thai region business
