We are seeking an experienced and professional Associate to manage project lifecycles from origination to exit.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading due diligence on new development opportunities, preparing business cases and investment recommendation reports.

You will also review feasibility models for new developments, including scenario and sensitivity analyses prepared by analysts.

Additionally, you will assist in evaluating and monitoring active project investment performance, and assist with complex financial modelling required for strategic optimisation initiatives.

Lastly, you will assist with negotiating, reviewing, and finalising transaction documents.

Key Requirements:

Qualifications: A tertiary qualification in Commerce, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Legal, or a related discipline is essential.

Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience in finance, advisory, or commercial roles is required.

Skills: Strong property finance knowledge, valuation methodologies, and a strong financial acumen are necessary.
