About the Role

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Officer to join our team, supporting compliance and accreditation readiness.

The successful candidate will support us in:

  • Reviewing and developing policies that meet operational needs
  • Administering policies, creating high-quality documents consistent with branding and records management standards
  • Supporting internal and external audit processes, coordinating self-assessment activities
  • Continuously improving quality service delivery outcomes, identifying systemic quality improvement initiatives

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong skills in reviewing and writing policy, providing advice, and managing documents
  • Experience in quality accreditation, internal audit, or self-assessment processes
  • Understanding of continuous quality improvement principles
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
