Clinical Lead Physiotherapist

We are seeking an experienced physiotherapist to join our dynamic team on a casual basis. The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering high-quality, overall physiotherapy management to patients in Neuroscience units.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical leadership and coordination for all referred patients in the Neuroscience units
- Communicate assessment and treatment outcomes to nursing, medical and other Allied Health staff via documentation and collaborative care plans
- Offer expert consultancy in outlying wards when requested
- Supervise weekend physiotherapy staff and Allied Health Assistants, as required
- Demonstrated expertise in physiotherapy management in an acute healthcare setting with recent experience in Neurosciences
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Capacity to manage efficiently and effectively a clinical caseload across designated services
