As a senior physiotherapist, you will lead our community care team in delivering exceptional services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • You will develop and implement treatment plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • You will supervise and mentor a team of physiotherapists and support staff.
  • You will manage referrals, caseloads, and group programs across aged care and disability services.
  • You will promote our physiotherapy services to grow and improve our care offerings.
Requirements:
  • AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist is essential.
  • Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in aged or community care is required.
  • Excellent assessment, communication, and report-writing skills are necessary.
  • You must be able to lead, supervise, and support a multidisciplinary team.
  • Knowledge of aged care funding streams (CHSP, HCP, STRC) is desirable.
