Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive People Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the People & Safety function, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting our people systems, as well as producing, managing, and analysing people and payroll data.

The successful candidate will have strong knowledge and experience across multiple people and culture areas, including payroll. Certification in SuccessFactors people modules is desired but not required. You will also have exceptional Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to process and manipulate high volumes of data and develop meaningful insights.

As a key representative to external benchmarks and surveys, you will support the People function in delivering results-driven projects. Your strong analytical skills and attention to detail will enable you to drive business decisions and improve processes through technology options.
