One of Australia's leading Medical Research organisations are seeking a Tech Savvy Data Analyst who has experience working with the Salesforce CRM and loves to get deep into fundraising data to support their teams to make life-changing data-driven decisions.

**About the Role**:
Do you love data? Well, you're in luck as you'll be required to provide top-level analytics and insights to support your teams' fundraising objectives. You will be required to develop and provide insights, reporting, implementation of campaign tracking and much moreExcited? Keep reading

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Develop and provide insights on pre-campaign planning and analysis, including reporting objectives and success criteria
- Develop and implement campaign tracking for fundraising programs including events and individual giving programs
- Regularly monitor acquisition and retention of supporters and report on issues/opportunities
- Presenting key data insights to multiple teams
- Assist Fundraising Team with ad hoc queries and data insights
- Provide pre-campaign segmentation to assist in understanding and selection of campaign segmentation
- Undertake data profiling to gain key insights and use to guide future acquisition and retention strategies Assistance with implementing data segmentation strategies
- Complete regular reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual) across key fundraising metrics
- Develop detailed post campaign reports for all fundraising programs

**You will bring**:

- 3+ years' experience in data analytics, reporting and database management - experience in fundraising, within a relevant not for profit organisation,and/or with Salesforce is favoured but not essential
- Proven ability to problem solve and advanced analytical skill
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the demonstrated capacity to develop authentic relationships and lead teams
- Previous experience in a technology or data role,
- Strong Microsoft SQL Server, Excel and PowerBi required.

**Extra points for**:

- Tertiary qualifications, preferably in a relevant discipline such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data science or Data Analysis.
