Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to provide expert injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions that enable individuals and organisations to reach their full potential.

As a specialist in workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation, you will utilise your knowledge and skills to assist people return to meaningful employment and make a positive impact on the lives of those who have sustained psychological injuries at work or may be facing personal challenges at home or in the community.

Your goal will be to minimise the impact of injuries, illness and disability through delivery of prevention, rehabilitation and training services.

  • Use your expertise to support individuals in returning to meaningful employment.
  • Make a real difference in the lives of those who have sustained psychological injuries at work or may be facing personal challenges at home or in the community.

  • Take responsibility for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor client progress toward their return-to-work goal.
  • Engage with key stakeholders and develop strong relationships that drive successful partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation strategies.
  • Develop and implement rehabilitation plans tailored to individual client needs.
  • Work collaboratively with clients, employers and other stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Conduct assessments and provide recommendations on rehabilitation and return-to-work strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of rehabilitation programs and make adjustments as needed.
Requirements
  • Professional registration with relevant authorities.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.
  • A current Working with Children Check.
  • Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application.
