We then develop tailored plans to help them overcome any barriers to employment and find suitable job placements.

In addition to our direct services, we also provide recruitment support to businesses and industry partners at no cost.

This includes assisting companies with diversifying their workforce and providing specialist employment and community services to people seeking work.

The role of Employment Coach is a critical part of our organisation's success. As an Employment Coach, you will be responsible for working closely with customers to understand their needs and develop strategies to overcome any barriers to employment.

You will also play a key role in identifying and securing suitable job placements for customers, as well as providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the job search process.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate a genuine passion for helping people find employment and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

You will also need to have a strong ability to assess, match and refer customers to appropriate job opportunities, as well as advocate directly to employers on behalf of your customers.

In terms of qualifications, a minimum Certificate IV in Employment Services or Career Development is required, although a willingness to obtain is also acceptable.

Experience in the employment services or call centre industry is highly regarded, but not essential.

We offer a competitive salary package, as well as a portion of the salary through tax-effective salary packaging.

This position is full-time and located at our Cheltenham site.
