Your Role in Making a Difference

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to play a key support role within our team. As you'll be working across a broad range of initiatives, your contribution will directly impact our strategic goals.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality project coordination and administrative support to help us achieve efficiency and impact.
  • Manage tasks across multiple projects, prepare professional documents, and drive system improvements.
  • Contribute to the smooth running of key initiatives, events, and internal systems.
  • Maintain digital tracking systems to keep project documents current and accessible.
  • SUPPORT THE USE AND IMPROVEMENT OF PLATFORMS LIKE SHAREPOINT AND MICROSOFT TEAMS TO ENHANCE COLLABORATION.
About You

You're a proactive and professional team player who thrives in a busy environment. You bring:

  • 5+ years' experience in project or administrative support, ideally in a large organisation.
  • Strong coordination and multitasking skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills - written, visual and verbal - and the ability to engage across all levels.
  • A high degree of professionalism, sound judgement, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • A natural ability to form relationships and influence without authority.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, SharePoint, Outlook and other collaboration tools.
  • A collaborative mindset and genuine desire to contribute to social change.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in business, research, communications or a related field.
