Job Title: Support WorkerWe are seeking a passionate and experienced support worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, be flexible and resilient, and enjoy working with people.
  1. The successful applicant will provide support to individuals in their homes, promoting independence and dignity while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to policies and procedures.
  2. You must have good written communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  3. A current First Aid and CPR certificate is mandatory.
  4. A current Drivers License and reliable car with full comprehensive insurance are also required.
  5. Reliable, Flexible, Compassionate, Resilient and Emotionally Intelligent staff members are essential for this role.
  6. NDIS Orientation & Covid Infection Control Modules should be completed before commencing the position.
Working hours include Tuesdays Fortnightly 8am-10am and Fridays Fortnightly 8am-10am. If you possess all the above skills and qualifications, please forward your CV through for consideration.
