Job Description:

As a Merchandiser, you will have the opportunity to support client's merchandising initiatives and enhance relationships with Store and Department Managers by delivering best-in-class merchandising services.


About the Role

This role involves working in your area representing top companies in the grocery industry, specifically for our Danone client. You will have the chance to shape the shopping experience for thousands by executing changes to planograms and providing excellent customer service.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute changes to planograms with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, and meet deadlines.
  • Proactively identify issues and show initiative in solving problems.
  • Energetic, independent, and enthusiastic.
  • Flexible and adaptable with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work any day of the week on an 8:00 am-5:00 pm time frame - schedule to be based on needs of the client.
  • Comfortable traveling up to 50 km from your region (including paid commute time + expenses - according to company policy).
  • Comfortable working in dairy chillers/coolers. Danone products are in refrigerated coolers.
  • Strong communication skills (written and oral) with the ability to promptly respond to clients and store employees during workdays.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • 1+ year merchandising experience in grocery preferred, but not necessary.
  • The ability to lift up to 30-40 lbs; role is physically demanding.
  • Valid driver's license, and access to the exclusive use of a reliable vehicle.
  • Computer savvy with access to a PC and the internet and the ability to take and submit photos, surveys, and notes of your work.
