About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Client Relationship Manager to join our team at 1588 State Street Services Australia Pty Limited. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-value clients, providing proactive relationship management and tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and providing strategic advice to help them achieve their goals.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of client services, including account management, transactional support, and issue resolution.
  • Conduct regular reviews and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, driving initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, using data and insights to inform decision-making and drive business results.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 12 years' experience in financial services, with a proven track record of client relationship management and sales growth.
  • Extensive knowledge of fund accounting concepts, custody activities, and core investment products.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a global team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Highly adaptable and resilient, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.
