About this role:

  • You'll be responsible for a diverse portfolio of strata clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage client portfolios for retention and service excellence
  2. Create and present renewal documents, quotes, and policy recommendations
  3. Liaise with underwriters for competitive offerings
  4. Respond to client queries and provide expert guidance
  5. Identify opportunities for expanded coverage or additional services
Requirements:
  • 5 years experience in strata broking (or property-related general insurance)
  • Tier 1 qualified
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
