Are you a Contract Cleaner looking to expand your job portfolio?

Clean Green Strata (CGS) is currently seeking experienced Contract Cleaners to undertake on-site cleaning activities in accordance with client specifications in **Manly, NSW - North Shore**

To be successful in this role you must have previous **Strata cleaning experience** together with:

- Must have own cleaning equipment: backpack vacuum & own commercial cleaning products
- Must have ABN
- Must have Public liability insurance
- Must be a sole trader, partnership, or a company with a team NO larger than 3 employees
- Must have a current driver's license and own transport (unbranded vehicle or have branding that can be removed off your vehicle when working for CGS)
- Subcontracting experience

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 10 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
