Senior Resident Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Personal Care Specialist to join our dedicated team at a reputable aged care facility.
Key Responsibilities:- Delivering high-quality personal care and support to residents in accordance with their individual needs and preferences
- Assisting with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobilisation, promoting dignity and independence at all times
- Maintaining accurate records of resident care, ensuring transparency and accountability in our services
- Collaborating with the multidisciplinary care team to provide holistic care that meets the unique needs of each resident
- Certificate III or Certificate IV in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent qualification
- Experience in providing personal care to the elderly, preferably in an aged care setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and residents alike
- A compassionate and patient approach, prioritising the physical, emotional, and social well-being of each resident
