Senior Physiotherapist

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will plan, implement, coordinate and evaluate patient safety and quality of care. You will also practice as a Senior Physiotherapist and ensure practice is in accordance with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia Code of Conduct, the Physiotherapy Board of Australia Registration Standards and SMHS policies and guidelines.

Rockingham Peel Group is part of the South Metropolitan Health Service, consisting of two hospital campuses (Rockingham General Hospital and Murray District Hospital) and community health services across Peel, Rockingham and Kwinana. This is a recruitment pool for Permanent Full Time/Part Time, Fixed Term Full Time/Part Time and Casual appointments with the possibility of extensions and/or permanency. Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur. Appointments may be made from this pool until 30/09/2026. We currently have one Fixed Term vacancy at 60.8 hours (0.8 FTE) per fortnight available to be filled immediately, with the possibility of extension and/or permanency. Vacancies are located across Rockingham General Hospital and Mandurah Community Health Centre.

Key responsibilities include:

• Plan, implement, coordinate and evaluate patient safety and quality of care within a multidisciplinary team
• Provide senior physiotherapy practice in lymphoedema and oncology
• Adhere to the Physiotherapy Board of Australia Code of Conduct, Registration Standards and SMHS policies
