About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced retail professional to join our team as a Retail Experience Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and maintaining high standards of visual merchandising.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing top-notch customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales targets, manage inventory, and maintain store appearance
  • Developing and implementing visually appealing store displays and window promotions that drive foot traffic and increase sales
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 2-3 years' retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role
