The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team in Arundel. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in delivering timely service and response to our customers across all SEQ locations and service areas. This will involve servicing current Buildsafe customers, with an opportunity to expand your portfolio through new acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service satisfaction through understanding and delivering upon customer requirements.
- Business Growth: Support the growth of the QLD business through an increase in jobs won.
- Brand Representation: Maintain a strong brand presence and reputation in how you deliver business.
- Administrative Skills: Manage your own client records and contracts, requiring strong administrative skills.
Requirements
- Industry Experience: Previous experience in building services or construction; candidates with residential construction industry experience will be highly regarded.
- Account Management: Previous experience in an Account Management or Sales capacity, specifically a relationship-based approach to dealing with customers.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate, influence, and foster relationships.
- Sales Skills: A natural flair and energy for sales, which is self-motivated.
- Decision Making: Ability to make important decisions and cope with the pressure of demanding targets and tight deadlines.
- Commercial Awareness: Commercial awareness.
