Key Responsibilities- Welcome clients and manage their experience to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for our clients with professionalism.
- Provide administrative support to our Clinicians (Audiologists/Audiometrists) with exceptional service.
- Prior experience in face-to-face customer service and/or administration roles is essential.
- A passion for delivering an outstanding client experience is mandatory.
