We are seeking an ambitious clinician to join our team as a Joint Venture Partner. This exciting opportunity offers the freedom to manage your own business while receiving comprehensive support from our organization.
As a Joint Venture Partner, you will have the autonomy to make critical decisions and develop your practice within our established network. You will be supported by our experienced team, ensuring that you have the resources needed to succeed.
About the OpportunityThis role provides a unique chance for growth and development, allowing you to elevate hearing care solutions in our established business. You will work closely with our Optometry team to provide quality care to the local community.
The benefits of this partnership include:
- A comprehensive 2.5-week induction program covering clinical standards and business management.
- Ongoing business and clinical guidance to ensure your success.
- Guaranteed salary ranging between $100,000 - $110,000 plus super (paid fortnightly).
- Annual profit and the future value of your shares in the business you develop and build.
- 5 weeks annual leave + birthday leave.
- Two free pairs of glasses per year.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A qualified practitioner number as a full member of the appropriate professional body (Audiology Australia or The Hearing Aid Audiometrist Society of Australia or The Australian College of Audiology).
- Two years clinical experience post obtaining QP.
- A high level of interpersonal skills and communication skills with the ability to build strategic working relationships.
- Ability to lead and work collaboratively to achieve desired business outcomes.
