Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Director to lead the delivery of complex projects across all phases from pursuit to delivery. The successful candidate will have direct management experience of internal engineering disciplines, coordination with contractors and subcontractors, as well as client-side stakeholders.

The role involves establishing clear design scope, cost, and schedule baselines during project pursuits and delivery, ensuring that the scope of all designs is delivered according to agreed baseline cost and schedule, and identifying any deviations for resolution.

  • Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage changes in accordance with project requirements.
  • Manage design project cost and schedule performance for internal and subcontract design teams.

Key Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess strong knowledge of systems engineering & assurance as well as interface and integration management. Key skills include demonstrated appreciation for managing detailed engineering work in design-construction (D&C) and related contract types for Contractors, strong management of design delivery including contract, change, and technical management, cross-functional coordination, leadership abilities, technical report writing, documentation, presentation skills, proactive risk and stakeholder management.
