About the Role:
  • Clean and prepare rooms to meet the expectations of our guests
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all guest enquiries and requests
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve hotel-wide excellence
  • Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and preparing rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and restocking amenities
  • Ensuring that all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
  • Providing an exceptional level of customer service at all times
  • Working effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a cleaning or hospitality role is essential
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
  • Able to lift and move heavy items, and stand for long periods
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
