Site Operations Manager

The Role:
- Drive company safety, environment and quality policies in compliance with Management Plans and Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) legislative requirements.
- Organise the sequencing of daily and weekly on-site activities and associated resources.
- Review the construction programme with the Site Manager and re-sequencing activities as necessary to achieve the programmed completion date.
- Implement and monitor Company's policies and practices on safety, industrial relations and quality assurance at the work face.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Proactively drive company policies and procedures to provide a safe workplace.
- Ensure quality and compliance with standards and contract documents.
**Requirements:**
- Degree/Diploma in building/construction or other recognised tertiary qualification in a construction related field.
- Prior experience supervising site operations on building construction projects.
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve and lead onsite activities to meet programme, cost and quality objectives.
- Ability to communicate, influence and build effective relationships.
